<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device easy in developing a device for performing printing restriction (processing that cannot be realized by transmitting printing data from a user PC to a printing device as is). <P>SOLUTION: The printing device is composed as a device capable of processing (executing/interpreting): a priority inversion command (ÐEJL IGNORERESET) in which when it is given, the printing device becomes a "state in which an environment variable value is not changed after the environment variable value is specified by a job control command, even when a job control command for specifying an environment variable value is given; and an environment reset invalid command (ÐEJL PRIORITY=REVERSE) in which when it is given, the printing device becomes a "state in which the environment reset is not performed even when an environmental reset command is given". <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
