ENDOGENOUS ANTISENSE RNA EXPRESSION ANALYSIS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel an endogenous antisense RNA expression analysis system which can comprehensively detect the endogenous antisense RNA including an untranslated antisense RNA with high degree of accuracy.

SOLUTION: Disclosed are a probe set containing one or more probes in which an antisense chain of a known cDNA is artificially set and which is designed to the artificial antisense sequence (AFAS) under the optimum condition of hybridization; a microarray loading the AFAS probe set; and a method for detecting an endogenous antisense RNA wherein the microarray is combined with labeling RNA by random priming.
