<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the packing workability by reducing labor and costs for the procurement/management of a deformable packaging box. <P>SOLUTION: This deformable packaging box consists of a blank in which side plates 1, 2, 3 and 4 for forming a peripheral wall are connected, and can be deformed into a square box configuration in which both side edge sections are bonded and end surfaces are closed, and a triangular box configuration in which the end surfaces are closed by overlapping the side plates 1 and 4 on both sides. In the packaging box, a lid member 5 provided with a square lid plate 6 and an insertion piece 7 in order is extended from the side plate 1, and a cutting line 8 is put in the boundary section between the lid plate 6 and the insertion piece 7 of the lid member 5. At the same time, a folding line 9 is put in a diagonal direction from the base end side of the lid member 5 to the central side of the cutting line 8. Under the square box configuration, the lid plate 6 is closed while keeping the square shape, and the insertion piece 7 is inserted along the internal surface of the peripheral wall. Under the triangular configuration, the front end side from the cutting line 8 of the lid member 5 is cut off, and the lid plate 6 is bent along the folding line 9.
