<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fixing structure of a wire harness, temporary jointed to vehicular interior material to facilitate secure fixing and detachment of the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: In the fixing structure for temporary joining the wire harness 30 with respect to the vehicular interior material 10, a bent cutout part 60 is formed to a side end part of the vehicular interior material 10. The cutout part 60 has an inlet port 61 leading the wire harness 30 therein, projections 62a, 63a locking the lead wire harness 30 are formed to the cutout part 60. These projections 62a, 63a are formed with respect to at least two of opposed first cutout inner surface 62 and a second cutout inner surface 63.
