<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate composition capable of stabilizing, for a long time, a fat-soluble active component unstable to oxygen, light, acid, base and/or radical and the like, especially a fat-soluble active component expectable to be useful in the fields of food, functional nutritive food, specified health food, nutritious supplement, nutrient, animal drug, drink, feed, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, therapeutic agent, preventive, etc., and having low stability and a method for producing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: As a result of intensive investigation for solving the above problems, the inventors have accomplished the invention by finding out that a particulate composition containing a water-soluble excipient and a fat-soluble active component, wherein the true specific gravity of the water-soluble excipient component is ≥1.25 under the condition of the water-content of the particulate composition of ≤3 wt.% and the sphericity of the particulate composition is ≥0.9, can stabilize an unstable fat-soluble active component for a long time, and finding a method for producing the particulate composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
