DRAINAGE DISCHARGE SYSTEM, NEUTRALIZING DEVICE, AND HOT WATER/WATER HEATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage discharge system, a neutralizing device and a hot water/water heating device having simple constitutions, capable of properly determining an abnormal combustion state or not, and reducing the probability of failure and the like.

SOLUTION: A hot water supply device 1 has the neutralizing device 7 communicated with a combustion gas passage 4. The neutralizing device 7 has an inflow tank 31 and a discharge tank 32, and both are communicated through a communicating portion 35 disposed at a lower part. The hot water supply device 1 can execute a combustion operation under a condition that the drainage and the like is accumulated by a liquid level higher than a water injection reference water level Lc. Further the combustion operation of the hot water supply device 1 is forbidden under a condition that a liquid level at an inflow tank 31 side becomes lower than a determination reference water level Lj during the combustion operation.
