<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce consumption of storage capacity in other device by shortening the transfer time of program when a recorded program is viewed and listened by other device. <P>SOLUTION: A receiver 11 receives the content of a full segment program and the content of a 1 segment program being broadcasted. The receiver 11 controls recording of the content of a full segment program and the content of a 1 segment program and reproduction of the content of a full segment program. The receiver 11 transmits the content of a predetermined 1 segment program to a mobile apparatus 12. The mobile apparatus 12 receives the content of a 1 segment program being transmitted by means of the receiver 11, and controls recording and reproduction of the content of a 1 segment program thus received.
