<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system which stores information showing participants in a conference in association with electronic data displayed during the conference, a control method thereof, a program, and a storage medium. <P>SOLUTION: Electronic data for use as conference materials is stored in a HDD 204 of an MFP 100. A display signal according to the stored electronic data is generated and is displayed on a display device 110. Participants in the conference are recognized on the basis of entrance/leaving information managed by an entrance/leaving management server 140 or conference schedule information managed by a conference schedule management server 150, and information showing the recognized participants is stored as browsing history information in association with the displayed electronic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
