<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server for a sparkling drink which can pour fine bubbles with a uniform diameter in a proper quantity easily with a foaming/pouring part to pressurize and jet the sparkling drink sufficiently to form the bubbles. <P>SOLUTION: The server for the sparkling drink comprises a drink feeding pipe 83 to feed the sparkling drink and the foaming/pouring part 5 which pressurizes the sparkling drink feeded into a cylinder 51 from the drink feeding pipe with a piston 52 and jets it toward a collision face 56a and forms the fine bubbles to pour it. Since a beer is pressurized sufficiently with the foaming/pouring part 5 and jetted to generate the bubbles, the fine bubbles with a uniform diameter can be generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
