PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL electrode constituting a desired mixed color by electrically connecting a plurality of organic layers in series to achieve the high brightness and life prolongation of the organic EL and by preventing a decrease in brightness efficiency due to light attenuation to combine organic layers having different light-emitting colors. SOLUTION: On a substrate 8, a plurality of light-emitting units 1a each composed of a first electrode 2a, a second electrode 4a arranged at a position opposed to the first electrode 2a, and an organic layer 3a sandwiched by the first electrode 2a and the second electrode 4a are disposed in parallel without being overlapped, and the adjacent light-emitting units 1a, 1b are electrically connected in series using a columnar electrode 9.
