PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable contact body used for various types of electronic equipment, and a switch using this which have no illumination uneavenness with a simple constitution and which are inexpensive. SOLUTION: By forming a prescribed cavity between the lower sheet 11 in which a nearly dome shaped movable contact 3 made of a conductive metal thin plate is pasted to the lower face and the light reflecting upper sheet 12 arranged upward this lower sheet, and by installing a translucent part 12B at the upper sheet 12 upward the movable contact 3, since light of a light-emitting element 7 reflects the cavity between the light reflecting upper sheet 12 and the lower sheet 11 in the vertical direction, and illumination is made through the translucent part 12B the illumination without uneavenness can be carried out by the less light-emitting elements of one or two or so, and the movable contact body which is inexpensive by a simple constitution and the switch using this can be obtained.
