<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting bacteria, method for detecting bacteria and a kit for detecting bacteria, each capable of rapidly and accurately determining bacteria, especially spore-bearing aerobic bacteria mixed in a sample to be examined by using simple operations. <P>SOLUTION: The device for detecting bacteria is a microarray-type device in which an oligonucleotide based on a base sequence which is specific to the genus or species to which a spore-bearing aerobic bacterium to be targeted belongs is fixed on a substrate. The spore-bearing aerobic bacterium in a sample to be examined can be detected in a simple, quick and accurate manner and is identified by determining whether hybridization of a probe prepared from the sample to be examined with the oligonucleotide fixed on the substrate is established. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
