PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food raw material transfer device comprising a function for restricting flexure of a transfer conveyor for transferring food raw materials to a food conveying means. SOLUTION: This food raw material transfer device transfers food raw materials 35 in rows to a food conveying means 15 to be loaded with the food raw materials 35 for conveyance, and a slider 19 movable in a direction crossing the conveying direction of the food conveying means 15 is provided with a terminal side support member 33 supporting the transfer terminal side of the endless transfer conveyor 31 capable of transferring the food raw materials 35 and possible to be extended in the crossing direction. One end of the conveying portion support member 61 supporting the food raw material conveying portion of the transfer conveyor 31 from under is connected to the slider 19, and the conveying portion support member 61 is a flexible linear member or a flexible belt-like member and tension is previously given to the conveying portion support member 61 so as to restrict downward flexure of the food raw material conveying portion of the transfer conveyor 31.
