PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable connector unit for a lamp. SOLUTION: The connector unit for a lamp has a retaining section 6 for retaining an end of the lamp 1, a plurality of connector main bodies 2 wherein a connection section 7 brought into contact with a lead section 15 of the lamp 1 is arranged at its upper part and a base board mounting section 5 forming an insertion groove 9 is arranged at its lower part and a connection terminal 12 of the connection section 7 is extended into the insertion groove 9, and a mounting plate 3 wherein the retaining section 6 and connection section 7 are arranged at the upper part by inserting the connector main body 2 into a plurality of insertion holes 40 and the base board mounting section 5 is arranged at the lower part and the connector main body 2 is mounted by making an opening 45 of the insertion groove 9 face at the same side. A conductive section 43 prepared at its end is brought into contact with a connection terminal 12 of the connector body 2 by inserting a printed wiring base board 4 preparing the conductive section 43 at its end into a line of the opening 45.
