PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform layout of outdoor-side refrigerant circuit components disposed in a machine chamber and electrical equipment on substrates, in an electrical equipment unit of an outdoor unit having a first substrate disposed in the machine chamber in a state of being opposed to a partitioning plate and a second substrate disposed in a facing state to the first substrate and a front face of a casing. SOLUTION: This electric equipment unit 61 comprises the first and second substrates 71, 81 on which the electrical equipment is mounted, a unit frame 62, and a reactor 84. The unit body 62 has a first substrate mounting portion 63 disposed in the machine chamber S2 in a state of being opposed to the partitioning plate 56 to mount the first substrate 71, and a second substrate mounting portion 64 disposed in a state of being opposed to a front face of the unit casing 51 to mount the second substrate 81. The reactor 84 is disposed in a roughly triangular prism space S3 formed between the first substrate mounting portion 63 and the second substrate mounting portion 64, and mounted on the unit body 62.
