The vehicle seat has an air-conditioning device, which is attached to a seat tub (1) or a backrest. The air-conditioning device comprises an exhaust, a flow channel (5) and air distributor element, arranged at the upper side (1') of seat tub or backrest cushion and connected with the exhaust by the flow channel. An exhaust receiver (4) is formed in the seat tub or in the backrest and a flow channel is formed in the in the seat tub or in the backrest.
