The present invention relates to a balancing group (17; 17'; 17") for motorized tree-shaking devices having a vibrating shaft (11) equipped with a hook (13); to its balancing method; and to a device that incorporates said group having a mass (21; 21'; 21") oscillating along an arched trajectory defined by a guiding element (25; 25', 25") and operated by a control unit (7b, 15) associated to the movement of said shaft.
