<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program data distribution system that a user can acquire program data more simply than a conventional system. <P>SOLUTION: After receiving (arrow a) distribution request data sent by a user side terminal 20, a management computer 10 specifies a transfer source terminal 20b recording a broadcast program denoted in a program code configuring the distribution request data, and transmits (arrow b) transmission request data to the specified transfer source terminal 20b. Then the management computer 10 receives program data sent from the transfer source terminal 20b (arrow c) and distributes a distribution preparation web page to a transfer destination terminal 20a.
