The tool (70) has a handle (72) with a key (44) for actuating a securing device. An operating mechanism supports a rigid pushing piece against a bolt until the piece releases an opening frame e.g. vertical door, for opening a secure access. A chassis (20) supports the mechanism. The mechanism has a lock insert driven in rotation under the action of the key when the key is received in the insert. A cam is kinematically connected in rotation to the insert and translationally drives the piece with respect to the chassis along a rectilinear translation direction.
