<p>A method for improving DRX operation for UE in a wireless communication system and a related apparatus are provided to improve DRX operation and to avoid system malfunction. A CPU unit is installed inside a controller circuit for implementing a program code for operating the controller circuit. A program code includes a memory connected to the CPU unit for storing the program code. The program code includes HS-DSCH radio network temporal identifier(H-RNTI). A timer determines time length for using a first DRX cycle. The first DRX cycle indicates paging listening interval used through the communication device.</p> |
