The device comprises a housing (1) which is provided with device components (10) such as microphone, receiver etc, lower shells (3,4) and an upper shell (5). The shapes of the lower shells correspond with each other in such a manner that the lower shell (5) completely covers the other lower shell when the lower shells are made to be fastened with one another through a frictional connection.
