摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output correct classification results of sensor signals by initializing and forming classification data by using a cluster count and a signal count from a local optimum solution-detecting means as an input and feeding back the data to a classification data-optimizing means. SOLUTION: An optimizing means 10 outputs classification data that makes a classification evaluation value minimum or maximum with the use of a specific classification algorithm from classification data and sensor signal data. A local optimum solution-detecting means 11a judges from the sensor signal data and classification data from the classification data-optimizing means 10 whether or not the classification data is a local optimum solution, with outputting a cluster count and a signal count when judging that the data is the local optimum solution or outputting classification data when judging that the data is not the local optimum solution. An initializing means 12a initializes and forms the classification data from the cluster count and signal count from the local optimum solution-detecting means 11a, and returns the data to the optimizing means 10.</p>
