A sliding device of a portable electronic apparatus for preventing the flow of housings is provided to improve the stability and reliability of the portable electronic apparatus and to improve the satisfaction of the portable electronic apparatus by softly sliding the sliding housing. A sliding housing(20) moves on a body housing. Two sliding modules move the sliding housing in the body housing. A combining member(100) supports sliding modules and equips sliding modules. A first sliding member moves the sliding housing from the body housing and is equipped in one side of the combining member. A first sliding module guides the sliding movement of the first sliding member.
