摘要 A flexible printed circuit board fixing structure of a hard disk drive is provided to secure stable installation of the flexible printed circuit board by accurately and firmly guiding and fixing the flexible printed circuit board to a boss formed on a voice coil motor using an exclusive clip. A flexible printed circuit board fixing structure of a hard disk drive(1) comprises a boss(60) protruded on one side of a voice coil motor portion(4) in which a head stack assembly(3) of the hard disk drive is combined. In the boss, a guide part having a supporting shaft for guide of a flexible printed circuit board(5) connected to the head stack assembly is integrally formed on the bottom, and a guide groove is formed along the outer surface of the guide part in order to draw out the flexible printed circuit board easily. A clip(C) fixes the flexible printed circuit board closely to the boss.
