摘要 A high pressure injection ground improvement system and a method of construction thereof are provided to process soil as general surplus soil having no necessity of industrial waste disposal, and to reuse high pressure water for cutting and crushing the ground by passing the water separately processed through an ultrahigh pressure water passage using an ultrahigh pressure water pump. A high pressure injection ground improvement system using a hardener manufacturing device and a slime regenerating device comprises a grout material injection device(G) containing a swivel installed at the uppermost end and provided with an ultrahigh pressure water injection port, a hardener injection port and a grout injection port to inject ultrahigh pressure water, grout materials and hardeners, a hardener manufacturing device(A) containing a sodium silicate system composed of a sodium silicate tank having sodium silicates in store and a sodium silicate feed pump sending out the sodium silicates stored in the sodium silicate tank to a mixing tank, an acid liquid medicine system composed of a mixing tank connected with the sodium silicate system and having an agitating vane, an acid liquid medicine tank having an acid liquid medicine in store and an acid liquid medicine pump sending out the acid liquid medicine to a hardener mixer, and a dilute sodium silicate system composed of a hardener storage tank connected to the acid liquid medicine system, equipped with a high concentration hardener mixer and having hardeners in store, a dilute sodium silicate storage tank connected with the hardener storage tank and having dilute sodium silicates in store, and a dilute silicate feed pump sending out the dilute sodium silicates to the hardener mixer, and a slime regenerating device(S) containing a first screen passing the slime from an excavation unit through a coarse mesh, a second screen passing the screened materials of the first screen through a fine mesh, and a cyclone centrifugal-separating the screened materials of the second screen and returning the residual materials by the centrifugal separation to the second screen, and discharging the centrifugally separated materials by the cyclone and having the residual materials of the first screen and the second screen in store.
