An organic light-emitting display driver is provided to operate LEP sheet regardless of AC power or DC power source so that LEP sheet is operated without being restricted by place. An organic light-emitting display driver operates an organic light-emitting display. The organic light-emitting display driver convert input power source into DC power source of 100V ~ 160V having the frequency of 300Hz ~ 3kHz and supplies the DC power source to a LEP sheet(2). The organic light-emitting display driver comprises a AC controller(10) and a DC controller(50). The AC controller converts AC power source into DC power source of 100V ~ 160V having the frequency of 300Hz ~ 3kHz and supplies the DC power source to the LEP sheet. The DC controller converts DC power source into DC power source of 100V ~ 160V having the frequency of 300Hz ~ 3kHz and supplies the DC power source to the LEP sheet.
