A dental implant of the strong structure is provided to use the tooth without shaking for a long time by preventing looseness completely. A dental implant of the strong structure is constituted as follows. A deformation cut-out is formed by connecting to the male screw part(41) of the fastening bolt(40). The loosening prevention screw nut(20) is additionally included. On the bottom of the tooth fixing member(30), a projecting part(31) for rotating prevention is formed. The projecting part for rotating prevention and the loosening prevention screw nut are inserted into a rotation prevention groove part(12) which is formed at the upper part on the central axis of the gum fixing member(10). A female screw part(11) is formed to couple a tooth fixing member and a gum fixing member.
