A balloon car is provided for children and adults to play with it by bumping impact without being damaged, equipped with an air barrier structure. A balloon car comprises a three-dimension type air barrier structure; a handle part(2b1) and a seat steering a direction of a balloon car(2c); a blower(2d) for maintaining the three-dimension type of the air barrier structure; a car body equipped with a drive part(2b) for moving with and a bumper part(3) having elastic force corresponding to the surface of a car body.
