<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data usage apparatus etc. capable of properly extracting desired information from a data set. <P>SOLUTION: A language analyzer 2 performs voice recognition of a voice being input by a voice input section 1, identifies a word having a probability the voice expresses and a score thereof, and supplies a word data expressing the above word and score to an agent processor 6. The agent processor 6 stores a data acquisition process for acquiring word data etc., process item data defining a decision process and an input/output process, and a wire which supplies a weight coefficient to a transition by defining the transition from one process to the next process. By executing a flow expressed by the process item data and the wire as a whole, the agent processor 6 controls equipment belonging to an input/output object equipment group 5.
