The feed admixture by using the vegetable(stevia) dioxin-degrading agent is provided to improve the antioxidant activity, and protect the domestic animals from diseases by using stevia which is the natural nutrition plant as the raw material. The manufacturing method of the feed admixture by using the vegetable(stevia) dioxin degrading agent comprises the steps of: mixing vegetable dioxin-degrading agent and its by-products stevia in a weight ratio of 1:5; injecting the valid yeast into the mixture, and fermenting and maturing the mixture for 30 days; drying and sterilizing the fermented matured products at 70-80 deg. C until the mixture has the water content of less than 3%; and pulverizing the mixture to 100 mesh or less, and mixing the pulverized mixture with the tuna fish meal in a weight ratio of 7:3.
