A sensor and a lancet are integrated with each other to facilitate replacement and management thereof, and further, portability thereof is improved. That is, a thin strip-shaped sensor (1) and a lancet (2) are integrated so that the lancet (2) moves in parallel, along the longitudinal direction of the sensor (1).
