摘要 The procedure for joining two components for making micro-structured component, comprises forming a metallic jointing surface on a side of the components by a chemical or electrolytic metal deposition process, forming a joint placement of the components in such a manner that it is present between the two components and a metallic jointing surface and heating up the joint placement at a heating rate of 5-30 K/min to a jointing temperature above the melting temperature of the metallic jointing surface. The procedure for joining two components for making micro-structured component, comprises forming a metallic jointing surface on a side of the components by a chemical or electrolytic metal deposition process, forming a joint placement of the components in such a manner that it is present between the two components and a metallic jointing surface, heating up the joint placement at a heating rate of 5-30 K/min to a jointing temperature above the melting temperature of the metallic jointing surface, jointing the two components at the jointing temperature under application of a compressive pressure of 10 kPa and cooling the layout of the components to be jointed at a cooling rate of 15-25 K/min. The jointing surface has a thickness of 1-2 mu m. The chemical metal deposition process is a current-free metal deposition process, which is carried out by using a bath containing reducing agent. The layout of the components to be jointed is jointed during a period of 45-90 min. The layout of the components to be jointed is first heated to a heat-retaining temperature of 700-900[deg] C, which is smaller than the jointing temperature and smaller than the melting temperature of the jointing surface, and is then heated to the jointing temperature at 1050-1150[deg] C. The layout of the components to be jointed is heated up to the heat-retaining temperature at a heating rate of 5-30 K/min. The components are arranged in the form of a stack and are inner layers and outer layers, which enclose the inner layers and have inner surfaces that are in contact with the inner layers. A metal jointing surface is formed by covering the entire surface area on an inner layer and no jointing surface is formed on the outer layer. The two components have a jointing region, in which one of the two components is jointed with the other component. A metallic jointing surface is formed only in the jointing region. The two components are jointed together for such a long time, until the metallic jointing layer is made substantially invisible along a cross-section. An independent claim is included for a procedure for making a micro-structured component.
