A power train of the auto transmission is provided to improve the power transfer performance by effectively using the power of the engine and increasing the number of speed-changing step. A power train of the auto transmission comprises the input shaft(100), the output gear(200), the transmission case(300), the first planetary gear set (PG1), the second planet gear set (PG2), the third planetary gear set (PG1), and the plurality of friction members(C1,C2,C3,C4,B1,B2). The first planetary gear set comprises the first operation member, the second operation member, and the third operation member. The second planet gear set comprises the fourth operation member, the fifth operation member, and the sixth operation member. The third planetary gear set comprises the seventh operation member, the eighth operation member, the ninth operation member, and the tenth operation member. The friction member connects the operation members of first, second, third planetary gear set to the input shaft, and the other operation members or the transmission case.
