A street light is provided to reduce usage of common electricity by generating power for a lamp by pressure applied from vehicles and pedestrian. A street light installed at roadside comprises a impact generating part(150), a charge unit, a lamp(120) and a controller. The impact generating part is installed on a road and produces electricity by pressure applied from a pedestrian or vehicles. The charge unit stores the electricity generated in the impact generating part. The lamp radiates light by the electricity charged in the charge unit. The controller controls supplying electricity stored in the charge unit to the lamp.
