A cylindrical secondary battery is provided to increase the productivity of the battery assembling by shortening the inject time of electrolyte. A cylindrical secondary battery includes a battery unit in which an anode, a cathode and a separation film interposed between anode and cathode is wound in the jelly-roll type; and a tape(35) which is wound in the outer surface of the battery unit(30) to maintain the shape of the battery unit and prevents the winding of the battery unit from being unwound. The tape is formed with the non-woven fabric capable of being dipped with electrolyte. The non-woven fabric is made of the polyolefine fiber. The polyolefine fiber is the polypropylene fiber.
