A novel manner for cleanly transferring a circuit printed on a phenolic plate by means of the inventive image transfer device. The present invention is useful for transferring a printed circuit scheme into a phenolic plate using acetate having the image of the printed circuit, said circuit being transferred onto the phenolic plate through a laser printer using controlled and suitable pressure and temperature over the arrangement formed by the phenolic plate and the acetate. It is worthy to mention that the present device is a mechatronic device mechanically formed by a double-frame press, two cold roll steel plates, a millimetre fed screw, a knuckle, two frames and two Teflon coatings; the device is electrically formed by resistances and wiring; electronically is formed by the whole hardware for performing inter-connexions between the resistances, a pyrometer, a continuous current engine, and a PC wherein a Proportional, Integral and Derivative control system (PID) is located, said sy stem using a knowledge base for dynamically adjusting the parameters thereof, regarding the physicochemical properties of the transferring arrangement (acetate-phenolic plate), as well as those of the toner in the fission state acting as a high density liquid, thus providing a higher adherence to the phenolic plate than to the acetate, without distorting the printed circuit. The acetate is removed from the phenolic plate when the arrangement is cooled in a differential manner and the pressure removed. Finally the circuit image is transferred from the acetate to the phenolic plate without suffering any distortion with regard to the original drawing.
|
