A carbon plate insertion hole cutting apparatus capable of cutting the fixed width and depth and a concrete structure reinforcing method using near-surface carbon plate insertion are provided to process accurate width and depth of insertion hole simply and rapidly, and accomplish the cutting and washing of insertion hole at the same time. An apparatus for cutting an insertion hole for near-surface insertion of a carbon plate in a structure comprises a body(10) in which the compressed air is supplied from outside through an inlet tube(11); a cutting blade(20) combined in one side of the body and rotating with the compressed air supplied through the inlet tube; a plate(40) combined in the lower part of the body and having a through hole(41) corresponding to the cutting blade; a height adjusting part(30) including a hinge combined in one side of the plate and the body, a height adjusting part(33) combined in the other side of the plate and having a moving hole(32), and a fixing unit(34) combined in the body as being combined in the moving hole of the height adjusting part and fixing the plate; and a moving guide(50) installed on the lateral edges of the plate. |
