An organic electro luminescence device is provided to improve durability of a device and reduce the resistance of a device by releasing heat generated in a panel inside to outside. A first substrate(110) includes a light emission region(B) in which a first electrode(130) is formed and the non-emitting region(A) in which a spacer(170) is formed. A second substrate(120) includes a cooling fin. An organic layer(140) is formed on the first electrode and spacer. A second electrode(150) is formed on the organic layer. The cooling fin and the second electrode are mutually contacted. A thin film transistor(190) is positioned in the light emission region and is formed on the first substrate. |
