A defrosting system of a refrigerator is provided to reduce defrosting time by jetting heated steam to a cooling unit from a condensed water storing tank by the difference of potential energy instead of using any additional pump. A steam generator(140) is positioned at a position lower than a condensed water storing unit(110) and generates steam by instantly heating condensed water introduced from the storing tank. A steam-jet(130) jets the steam introduced by steam pressure via a plurality of jetting holes to the cooling unit. |
