PURPOSE: Provided are an artificial skin culture which has the almost similar composition to what human healthy skin tissue produces, and a preparation method thereof. Also, provided are a method for inhibiting or improving the cutaneous senescence by applying the artificial skin culture on the aged skin, and a cosmetic and pharmaceutical composition containing the artificial skin culture. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the artificial skin culture includes (a) applying the spongy three-dimensional matrix obtained from a mixture of collagen, chitosan with the acetylation degree of 10 to 40% and glycosaminoglycan to a culture medium preliminarily to equilibrate, (b) inoculating the fibroblast on the matrix, (c) cultivating the fibroblast-inoculated matrix in the culture medium, and then collecting the supernatant of the culture medium to obtain the artificial skin culture.
