An agitation system for water purification and oxygen supply is provided to mix the water with oxygen in an agitation chamber during supply of water and supply the water into a water tank in a state that impurities are removed from the water. An agitation system for water purification and oxygen supply comprises: an agitation chamber(10) on which a water inlet having an oxygen inlet(11-1) formed thereon is formed, on which a water outlet(12) is formed, and in which an agitation plate(13) is formed; and a sediment chamber(20) which is formed on a top part of the agitation chamber, in which a water circulation path(21) is formed, and on which an alien substance discharge port(22) is formed.
