A conveying pipe system connected with a kitchen sink and a food waste disposal method through a kitchen sink are provided to dispose of food waste conveniently and sanitarily, to prevent the generation of offensive odors while keeping food waste separately, and to prevent the trouble of equipping with a device for removing moisture contained in food waste and the waste of resources by putting food waste directly into a kitchen sink without keeping in an envelope separately or carrying to a garbage input port installed above the ground. A conveying pipe system(1000) connected with a kitchen sink includes a sink(100), that is, an input port placed in each residence or office and inputting food waste(A), conveying pipes(510,520,530) connected with an output port of the sink and conveying the food waste, a dehydrator(300) including a dehydrating casing(305) connected with the conveying pipe and a sewer pipe, a dehydrating vessel(320) supported in the dehydrating casing, taking the conveying pipe in and having plural dehydrating holes on the outer circumferential surface, and a motor(330) placed in the dehydrating casing and generating power with power sources, separating water contained in the food waste conveyed through the conveying pipes with the power to the outside of the dehydrating vessel and discharging to the sewer pipe, and discharging the dehydrated food waste selectively by connecting a suction pipe(540) of a waste collection system with the dehydrating vessel, a valve of the sink side(410) provided to the output port of the sink to control opening and closing, a valve of the dehydrating vessel side(430) provided between one side of the dehydrating vessel and the suction pipe to control opening and closing, a valve of the air suction port side(460) provided to one side of the dehydrating casing to control opening and closing, and a controller controlling all the operations of the motor and the valves. A food waste disposal method through a kitchen sink comprises the steps of: conveying food waste input to a sink in a building into a dehydrator for separating water(B) from the food waste; separating water from the food waste conveyed to the dehydrator; connecting the dehydrated food waste with a suction pipe and conveying the dehydrated food waste; and connecting the dehydrator with a sewer pipe and discharging the remaining water in the dehydrator to the outside.
