A light emitting device is provided to enhance the luminous efficiency of the emitting device by improving the current concentration phenomenon lowering the efficiency of device. An emitting device(30) comprises the luminescent diode structure(300) and the charge distribution changing system(200). The luminescent diode structure has the P-type structure and N-type structure. The active layer is positioned between the P-type structure and N-type structure. The P-type electrode pad connected to the P-type structure and N type electrode pad connected to N type structure are arranged in co-line with a constant interval. The charge distribution changing system has the apparatus for generating magnetic field(210) which is respectively arranged at the left/right area of the virtual line which connects the N-type electrode pad and P-type electrode pad.
