A device, program, and a method for processing information are provided to enable a user to decide functions which the user demands. An intensity estimation mean(11) calculates manipulation frequency of each predetermined period. If the calculated manipulation frequency is over a predetermined value, the intensity estimation mean estimates the block which is over the predetermined value as a section where a user's manipulation will is high. A detecting mean(12) produces manipulation frequency of each electronic device. The calculated manipulation frequency is performed on the period of the user's high will estimated region. The detecting mean detects manipulation feature of a user about the electronic devices. |
