A golf mat having an observation member is provided to enable a user to observe the swing operation on the golf mat in the naked eye. A golf mat(200) for the golf exercise field equipped with an observation member comprises: a swing part(112) in which the golf ball can be put; a batter box(132) in which a golfer determines the hitting location to hit the ball on the swing part; and a middle portion(111) which is positioned between the swing part and the batter box and limits the receiving space in which the top is open.
