A system, a method, and software for an info tag, digital scrap, real time transaction, advertisement, and classification are provided to manage all the scrap items in a central ITS server system integrally and manage and use one's scrap item anywhere and anytime by using a wire/wireless communication client tool. A provider stores an item in which an information identification tag is written in a central ITS server system and distributes the item to a medium of the provider(p106). A user registers membership in the central ITS server system. The information identification tag on the medium of the provider is transmitted to the central ITS server system. The user searches and scraps an item in an online market of the central ITS server system. An item requested by the user is processed in the central ITS server system. The item scrapped by the user is managed and used.
