A light emitting device and a method of manufacture thereof and the display device using the same are provided to enhance the display quality by increasing the dynamic contrast ratio of screen through the drive of pixel elements of the light emitting device. A light emitting device comprises the first substrate(10), the second substrate(12), the electronics emission unit(100), and the luminous unit(110). The first substrate and the second substrate are arranged to be faced each other. The electronics emission unit is formed on the first substrate. The luminous unit comprises the fluorescent layer(22) and the anode electrode(24) formed in the second substrate. The anode electrode forms the effective region corresponding to the fluorescent layer. When the effective region has the plurality of pin holes, the anode electrode satisfies the condition of 0.05 <= P/A <= 0.30. The 'A' is the area of the effective region. The 'P' is the area of the pin hole formed on the effective region.
