A bone plating device is provided to enhance a combination force by using a protrusion piece and to separate the bone from the plate by separating the screw. A bone plating device includes a plate(100a), a shaft(210a), and a screw(200a). The plate is form to penetrate the upper and lower surfaces and includes at least one penetrating hole with a plurality of protrusion pieces. The shaft has a thread at an edge to penetrate through the penetrating hole of the plate and be screw-coupled with the bone. The screw is composed of a head(220a) with the thread at the edge to be screw-coupled with the protrusion piece of the penetrating hole.
