A structure for fixing a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner is provided to fix the heat exchanger to a base without using any bolts or nuts, thereby reducing working process. A first coupling part(10) fixes one side of a heat exchanger(5) which is fitted into a base(1), and a second coupling part(20) fixes the other side of the heat exchanger to the base by securing the same to an elastic bracket. The first coupling part has a holding protrusion, which is formed by folding a lower end of a fixing element(12) surrounding the one side of the heat exchanger, and a holding element(16), which is formed by cutting and folding upward a side of the base for the insertion of the holding protrusion.
