FORMULA FEED HAVING FERMENTED RICE BRAN AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

The mixed fodder containing the ferment rice chaff is provided to supply the pork in which stability is secured by reducing the need of antibiotic use, shorten the amount of fodder by reducing the feeding period, and obtain the high quality functional pork with the less amount of fodder. A manufacturing method of the mixed fodder comprises the steps of: preparing the starter culture fluid by using Issatchenkia sp.(S110) as strain; adding the starter culture fluid and water into the rice bran and firstly fermenting the mixture with agitation(S120); secondly fermenting the fermentation product under anaerobic condition(S140); naturally drying the fermentation product to prepare the ferment rice chaff(S150); and mixing the ferment rice chaff with the fodder(S160).
